About Us

    UnPractice Records is the label formed by Street Corner Symphony in 2011 for the release of their debut album. Our goal is to find, create, and bring to you the best in a cappella music and beyond. Our team has over 50 years' experience in making "good old a cappella," and we're ready to share it with the world!

    Our name, UnPractice, comes from Street Corner Symphony's trademarked way of making music. It is sitting back, relaxing, and letting the music come naturally while having fun with friends, and it's a huge part of what has made Street Corner Symphony successful. While we are not currently actively recruiting to the label, if you feel like your music (or your ensemble's) would fit in well with the philosophy here at UnPractice Records, we won't ignore it.
